Providing technical support for iPad users

We at the Petaluma Village Network (https://www.villagenetworkofpetaluma.org) are about to embark on a program to loan iPads to some of our members who are isolated at home.

We will need to set them up, train the user, and provide ongoing support.

Are there any recommendations, or does anyone have experience with this?

We are considering possible use of LogMeIn remote suport software

Our members are mostly in their 70s
