Problem Description

I want to be sure that the device I have configured for my loved one’s Wi-Fi will connect when they receive it. I can’t go and set it up myself.

    What device are you seeing this flashing light on and what color is the light?

    If yellow, it means your Wi-Fi isn't working. 

    If green, it means you have a message
